Philadelphia Empowerment Zone Grant Opportunity

Tue., April 5, 2016 Uncategorized

The Philadelphia Empowerment Zone Neighborhood Funding Stream has published a Request for Proposals for
American Street Empowerment Zone & North Central Empowerment Zone Neighborhood Economic Development Impact Grants.

The Philadelphia Empowerment Zone (EZ) was established in 1994 as a community development and economic revitalization program, created federally and guided locally. While the federal designation ended in 2009, the EZ continues to impact Philadelphia neighborhoods today through the creation of the Neighborhood Funding Stream (NFS).

This will be a rolling application. A briefing will be held on Tuesday, April 26th at 12:30, 1515 Arch Street, Room 18-029.

Please email Aiisha Herring Miller at Aiisha.G.Herring@phila.gov with any questions about the RFP.
