The Philadelphia City Planning Commission, Department of Planning & Development is now accepting applications for its Citizens Planning Institute (CPI), CPI is for people who love Philadelphia and love their neighborhood! CPI classes teach Philadelphians about city planning, zoning, and development so they can make positive changes in their neighborhoods.
