Use Your Business Card ‘Boldly’ May 12th

Wed., April 20, 2016 Uncategorized

If you come to the GNPCC/Crown Holdings ‘Bold in Business’ Expo on May 12th, don’t leave home without your business cards.

Admission to this business-to-business networking delight is your business card. It’s required.

And as you stroll through the Expo booths make sure to give out your business card to everyone you meet.

Remember to make the time to collect cards from fellow attendees and exhibitors. Review those cards upon receipt. Take a tip from networking etiquette in Europe where it can be considered rude not to review someone’s card – stop to read their company name and their title. It will help you remember your new connection later.

Among the exhibitor booths, the Expo offers networking space for you to meet with business leaders. Capitalize on that. It’s free admission, but investing your time wisely includes preparing or polishing your elevator pitch, wearing a clearly written name tag (on your left please), defining a few business goals for the day, and offering a sincere smile and firm handshake to everyone.

Expect professional networking on a large scale. This is the day to accomplish a lot in what really is a small time investment. Be bold, stop in. We’re be looking forward to welcoming you from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5, 11630 Caroline Road, Philadelphia.
