The Far Northeast District Plan was adopted by the Philadelphia City Planning Commission the Plan on April 18th and is available on their Web site.
The Far Northeast Districts are comprised of these neighborhoods: Somerton, Bustleton, Byberry, Parkwood, Normandy, Walton Park, Millbrook, Morrell Park, Crestmont Farms, Brookhaven, Academy Gardens, Ashton, Winchester, Winchester Park, and Pennypack Woods.
It is home to 136,945 residents per the 2010 Census.
