Our 10-wk session of Tai Chi is right around the corner. The fall session begins September 10 and ends November 12th. This session will be held outdoors on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm. Wear loose clothes, sneakers and dress for weather. Tai Chi is great for improving balance, increasing mobility, reducing stress, improving muscle tone and controlling blood pressure. It doesn’t require a certain level of fitness or coordination. The very old and young can learn it. The class is taught by Frank Shiery of Pa Chen Taiji, who has previously been nominated as Master of the year by United Martial Artist Association.
