Begins Monday, June 18 (6:30-7:30 PM) Our next ten-week session of Tai Chi is right around the corner. The Summer Session begins on, Monday, June 18 and will run through Monday, August 20. This session will be held on Monday evenings. Sessions are held outdoors. . Participants are asked to wear loose fitting comfortable clothes and sneakers and dress for the weather. Tai Chi is great for improving balance, increasing mobility, reducing stress, improving muscle tone and controlling blood pressure. It doesn?t require a certain level of physical fitness or coordination. The very old and very young alike can learn it. The class is taught by Frank Shiery of Pa Chen Taiji, who has previously been nominated as Master of the Year by the United Martial Artist Association.
